One activity for each product

Inspect the inputs, reasoning and output.

These fictional worked examples show the kind of evidence an instructor can ask learners to produce. They are evaluation materials, not screenshots of platform exports or representations of actual learner performance.

Build the product into your teaching.

CapitalWave supplies the technology. Your faculty or program team owns course design, instruction, assessment decisions and learner support arrangements.

  1. 01

    Set the learning outcome

Choose one decision learners must explain. Match the platform and activity to the course level, prerequisites and available class time.

  2. 02

    Prepare access and instructions

Test the selected product on institutional devices. Confirm account, cohort and instructor arrangements for that product before inviting learners. Supply assumptions and submission requirements.

  3. 03

    Run the activity

Start with a baseline, change one assumption and ask learners to explain the difference. Use the suggested timings as planning estimates rather than prescribed course durations.

  4. 04

    Review evidence and debrief

Collect calculations or decision records, compare reasoning and discuss limitations. Faculty or program owners set grading and competency decisions.

Prepare a licensing discussion.

Products and purpose

Identify the products, subject areas and intended use. A product demonstration should follow the workflow your learners or team will actually use.

Users and access period

Specify learner and instructor numbers, expected concurrent use, cohorts, term dates and whether access is institutional or individual. Request a written proposal for the agreed scope.

Implementation and support

Agree onboarding, account setup, support responsibilities, data and privacy requirements, and any requested integration. SSO, LMS synchronization, custom development and service levels require explicit confirmation.

Pilot and acceptance

Choose a representative activity, define successful completion and review access, learner evidence and instructor workflows before committing to wider deployment.

Pricing and terms are confirmed through a written proposal. Product availability and access arrangements are confirmed for the selected product; a portfolio page does not imply one shared sign-in or a bundled license.
