Cookie Disclosure

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This disclosure covers cookies and similar technologies on the CapitalWave corporate website, including storage, connections and security mechanisms that may affect privacy.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small browser-stored records. Similar technologies include local or session storage, pixels and device-access mechanisms. A network request or an in-memory variable is not automatically a cookie, but may still involve personal data. The separate product applications may have different requirements and notices.

Corporate website technology

The reviewed corporate pages do not configure a CapitalWave advertising pixel, optional tracking cookie or optional analytics tag in the page code. This statement is about the reviewed application code, not a guarantee that hosting providers never process network data or inject technology.

The inquiry form keeps its signed token in page memory, with one-hour validity; it is not implemented as a browser cookie. The server burst guard uses an IP-based, 15-minute temporary window, not browser storage. Disabling online inquiry delivery does not stop ordinary hosting requests or direct email correspondence.

The site loads Google Fonts styles and font files. Your browser connects to Google for those resources, disclosing ordinary connection information. Hosting and security infrastructure may use request data and security mechanisms; platform diagnostic hooks can report runtime errors when supplied by the host.

Technology inventory and duration

Application inquiry token: form integrity and abuse protection; memory in the open page; valid for up to one hour. Server burst entry: short-term submission protection; temporary worker memory; 15-minute window, with expiry cleanup on later submissions or worker reset. Neither item is a browser cookie.

External font requests: typography delivery from Google Fonts; browser caching follows the resource response and browser settings. Hosting/security mechanisms: names, providers and lifetimes depend on the deployed environment and are not asserted as a complete cookie inventory here.

Choices and optional technologies

You can inspect or clear site data and manage cookies through browser settings. Blocking resources may affect appearance or functions. Browser controls do not replace consent where consent is legally required. This site does not currently present an optional-cookie category selector or claim that a consent preference has been recorded.

Before introducing optional analytics, advertising, embedded media or other technologies that require consent, CapitalWave must provide appropriate information and a working choice before activation. Where required, rejecting must be available and withdrawal must be as easy as granting consent. A strictly necessary exemption depends on the actual purpose and applicable law, not the label assigned to a technology.

Other sites and review

Following an external link may cause the destination to use its own cookies or technologies. Third-party operators are independent and responsible for their services. The corporate notice does not replace a separate application’s privacy or cookie notice.

A deployment-level inventory is needed to identify host-added technologies and confirm their purpose, provider and lifetime. If a deployed technology requires consent or an objection mechanism, the corresponding control must be implemented; this disclosure alone does not provide it.
