Except where credited otherwise, CapitalWave owns or licenses the original website text, software, designs, graphics, product descriptions and educational materials. The date range identifies the company’s website notice; it does not assert ownership of third-party works or mean every item was first published in 2010.
Permitted use and downloads
You may browse the public website and download resources expressly made available for evaluation or personal study. You may share an unmodified CapitalWave evaluation document with colleagues evaluating the products, retaining its copyright and attribution notices. Additional teaching, institutional distribution, commercial reuse or software access is governed by the applicable written permission or product license.
Except as allowed by applicable law, an express permission or a separate license, you may not reproduce, republish, adapt, sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials. No website access grants ownership of our software, source code, brands or intellectual property. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Third-party trademarks and independent organizations
CFA® is a registered trademark owned by CFA Institute. All other third-party names, logos, certification marks, service marks and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References identify the relevant organization, product, standard or subject; they do not transfer ownership to CapitalWave or imply approval, sponsorship, certification, endorsement, affiliation or a partnership. Third-party organizations, including CFA Institute, are independently owned and operated and operate separately from CapitalWave. CapitalWave does not control their programs, examinations, standards, websites or services. Any expressly authorized relationship would be identified separately and specifically.

References to CFA® Program subject areas, educators or candidates describe an intended audience or subject-practice use. CapitalWave does not claim CFA Institute approval, authorized prep-provider status, complete curriculum coverage, official examination content or a guaranteed examination outcome. References to a professional standard or credential do not confer that credential.
No right to use a third-party logo or certification mark is granted by this website. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ permissions and terms.
